The successful candidates will have a breadth of knowledge of concepts and technologies within the online marketing space, and a track record of driving go-to-market activities for start-ups. In addition, a passion for the consumer health domain and cross-functional collaboration at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing is a must. The ideal candidate will need to combine strategic-thinking with creativity to execute on high-impact, high-leverage materials and programs. BUSINESS DEVELOPER
This person is responsible for bringing SkinVision to market globally through all available marketing & online channels that maximize impact to our customers’ engagement and ultimately adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive the go-to-market strategy offline and online
- Sales execution for bringing SkinVision to market
- Leading a small virtual team of free lancers
- Work closely with design, product and engineering to ensure cohesion and scalability of messaging and campaigns
- Leverage data to understand our products and usage in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of SkinVision users
- Work both on core SkinVision products like mobile app, web app and notifications, and offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email
Requirements
- Strong cross-functional and project management skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (proven written communication skills)
- Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns
- Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
- 3+ years of experience in international sales and business development role,
- Internet marketing or data driven product marketing covering strategy and execution of branding & identity, customer segmentation, marketing, communications, PR, user experience and market research is a plus.
PRODUCT LEAD
Responsibilities:
- Heading the development team
- Understands impact of business model for infrastructure & technical design, supporting tools & tech partner selection
- Driver for priority setting in product roadmap & algorithm development SV
- Linking pin between SV team & external developers and designers
- User testing within different customer segments
- Owner SV metrics dashboard with behavioral data and analytics
- Engages with other start-ups to understand key technology trends & priorities
Requirements:
- Project management skills
- Experienced in managing development process
- Ability to set up feature validation experiments
- Mentality to get things done
- Well aware of trends in app development
- Experienced in online GTM activities
- Good professional network of developers is a plus
COMMUNITY BUILDER
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing dialogue with users and potential users of the SV application, online and offline.
- Better understand the needs of our customer segments
- PR and spokespersonship
- Creating online presence with relevant fora & influential websites to reach existing interest group
- Represent SV in events and conferences
- Continuously improve user experience and effective communications
- Customer contact for users of the application
Qualification:
- Preferably native English and based in Amsterdam
- Digital native, active online, early adopter
- Good listener & outgoing person
- Business judgement, able to bring meaningful message
- Independent worker, takes initiative
- Bias towards action
- Intrinsic motivation to playing a part in solving melanoma skin cancer.
- PR experience is a plus.
